A Toastie Diner nobody asked for,
but arteries yearned for.

Just when you thought bread was dead as part of the misguided war on carbs, it’s back with with a cheesy vengeance to bring the stuff of dreams at Ghosty Toasty Diner.

Located in the heart of Bendigo’s art precinct, Ghosty Toasty is found inside a classic camera shop and photographic film lab, Bat City.

Using pure sourdough, baked in a scotch oven by Jodie and David Pillinger at Blumes Historic Bakery in Harcourt, every grilled sandwich is loaded with artisan cheese, various meats, jams and oils to melt the hearts and minds of the good people of Bendigo and beyond.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do take toasties very seriously.
